Storied whiskey maker Chivas 18 has teamed
up with legendary car design firm Pininfarina for three editions of whiskey
gift sets. In the Chivas 18 x
Pininfarina Whiskey Gift Collection, edition 1 is a sleek and slender case that
retails for $145 and fits like a glove over the original Chivas 18 whiskey.
Edition 2 takes the case a step further by
incorporating a nice wooden veneer inlay representing Chivas 18 aging barrels
with metalwork outside to represent Pininfarina’s work.
The 3rd Edition, is a mascherone sculpture
that emulates a wooden car frame template is yet to be priced due to its
limited nature. Only 5 have been
produced, closing out a unique collection for the distinguished drinker. Get editions 1 & 2 at your duty free
airport shop or at Chivas.
