The site was
created in 2009 by Kevin Gray, a Dallas-based journalist and cocktail
enthusiast (hence the name) whose study and appreciation of cocktails needed a
healthier outlet for expression.
In addition to chronicling his boozy
interest on Cocktail Enthusiast, Kevin’s work has appeared in publications including
AOL, CBS Radio, Gear Patrol, The Huffington Post, UrbanDaddy, USAToday.com and
Where Magazine. Kevin has judged numerous cocktail competitions, is a member of
the United States Bartenders’ Guild and is BarSmarts Certified.
