Independent Bottlers

I have added a new section in the 'links' tab on this blog - INDEPENDENT BOTTLERS. The independent bottlers purchase their supplies from various distilleries in Scotland. Many purchase the spirit in new cask and age in their conditions or recipe. I believe it is important to separate them as they deliver exclusivity and value to the Scotch whisky industry and to the consumer. You will find many of these remind you of the early days in the Scotch whisky industry when the Grocers created the brands we know today. I enjoyed reading through their various website and have learnt immensely from them. My thanks to these enterprising independent bottlers.
